requirements for the different positions). CICC Associates are
integral contributors in all areas of the firm. Whether you
are generating analyses and performing valuations in the Investment
Banking Department, doing sales and trading activities in the
Sales & Trading Department, doing research work in the Research
Department, conducting market analysis of equity and debt in
the Asset Management Department, or performing market information
collection and relevant program development activities in Capital
Markets Department, the firm recognizes the potential of its
Associates. |

| Based on the requirements for the
different positions, Graduate students and undergraduate students
may enter the firm as Analysts. CICC Analyst programs give qualified
candidates broad exposure to many aspects of the investment
banking industry and are the ideal launching point for future
